There were also Super Bowl rewards cards that were to be available but few knew anything about them. This is fine with us except it took us 2 hours of searching to find out about it. We were informed their would be a party but NOT told until several people later that this was only for 'invited guests' and not for the general public.
We went through 4 people before we found someone who knew the details about a Super Bowl party being held. The main issue we had with the employees was their lack of knowledge about what was going on around them. The employees are all extremely friendly although it did get tiring of hearing 'we're sorry' when we mentioned our troubles.
Our visit started in frustration but because of some very helpful employees who made it up to us with food credit and comped room, we ended up with a very nice visit. We had some early issues with our room as described below.
