I could go on and on about this waste of a restaurant. It has a warehouse/cafeteria-like atmosphere. The place was so freezing cold, and in order to change our seat, we would have to go back up front (this place is big) and ask to be re-seated. The gravy, however, was of a water in consistency. The only thing good was the fresh turkey that they carved. The seaweed in which they were wrapped, was so tough, I could barely chew it. He said nothing, and just walked away, returning a couple of minutes later with the most horrible rolls I've ever had. I told the server behind the sushi area thatf there were no California rolls on the tray. The peel-and-eat shrimp were small and looked unappetizing.
They had a raw bar which was also additional. If you want ice cream, or a sundae, you have to pay $2.00 more.a shrimp dish, and others, were extra.
First, you pay $20 for lunch ($15 if you have a Hard Rock player card.) Then you realize that if you want certain things you have to pay extra for them.
